Another palace constructed for use by the government and local organisations is the Palace of Peace and Harmony. This pyramid shaped building is used for conferences and also for worshippers of religions that do not have a dedicated building within the city. The building is 203 feet high with giant doves etched in the glass at the top of the pyramid. Designed by the British architect Norman Foster this building attracts a lot of visitors. The entrance has a number of fountains in the pathway and is approached from water lane which also fills with water during heavy rain showers.
